If it was just the idle hole that was drilled out you can fill it with a good silicone, sand it flat and drill a new hole in the silicone the size you want. Our you can try to adjust the idle with the idle screw. I have heard to unplug the IAC sensor, crank up the car, set the idle screw to about 50rpm less than you want, shut off the car, plug the IAC back in then unplug the TPS sensor and turn the key to on(acc) but don't crank. leave it for about 10-20 seconds turn the key to off, plug the TPS back in, then crank.

This is just what I have heard though. They say you can fix the high idle caused by larger idle holes this way.

Its for a motor I have sold that is bone stock but I forgot I robbed the TB off of it a while back. The only one I have to put on it is the drilled one. I have seen someone selling them but just can't remember who.

No need to replace the blade. Use some JB Weld to patch the hole and drill a new hole. Stock hole size is 5/32". That's what I did when I wanted to change hole size on my WS6's TB blade.

PS. GM does not sell this as an individual part. Not sure if anyone does.
