Default Stuck on manifold removal...heat shield?

So i'm near the end of the removal phase of my header install...and the passenger side manifold still has its heat shield on it because the last bolt I need to remove on it is stuck...all my wrenches strip off the head and it won't turn. This shield is hitting the car and preventing me from getting it all out. I have it all the way at the bottom of the car but I can't get it out with the heat shield still on it.

What are my options?

your gonna have to get that last bolt off, just get a smaller socket and hammer it on the end of the bolt and break it loose. thats the only way i can think of getting it off, and plus you wont use the heat sheild with the new headers in anyways.

they are actually part of the stock header itself i think, the little metal covers over the pipes right on top. i think it was to protect the spark plug wires.
