Default will TSP ypipe clear aftermarket torque arm?

my damn pacesetter ypipe was great except for the fact that it now hits my torque arm. the part of the pipe between the torque arm and trans brace is too far towards the rear of the car and lays on the curved part of the torque arm. i have a spohn torque arm.

anyone have any issues with this? i want to replace the pipe but dont want to waste money it it wont help. thanks. pics would be nice if anyone has some

Question Off subject...

Off subject but does your torque arm sound like your car's falling apart? I have the Spohn Adjustable Torque Arm as well on my Z28 and it does a great job but its so damn noisy...
