Default true duals vs. ORY

I want to do long tube headers and a TSP true dual x-pipe but i am worried about rasp. i want opinion from guys on both sides of the fence but most of all people who have had both. i was sort of thinking that if there was rasp i could always turn up the radio. thanks for the help

Most people seem to say there is no rasp with a dual setup.

I have TSP dual's w/ Sweet Thunder's (get the ST's!!!) and there might be just a little rasp when you let off the gas, but only for like not even 1/2 a second...

Very minimal rasp.

Oh yeah, install them yourself, not that hard at all...

Depends on what you consider "rasp". I have PS LTs, ORY, and Dual/Dual exhaust, and I think it seems raspy...almost gaspy. Something like the LM with LTs will definitely have lots of rasp.

No rasp here. Just smooth and deep.

My current exhaust setup is probably the raspiest you can get with a LS1.
Pacesetter LT'S
Pacesetter ORY
stock catback+cutout

I think whenever I have some money I'm going to switch over to TSP's catted Y pipe and maybe throw a bullet on there somewhere. I do love the sound of duals but I think it would be a bit extreme for daily driving. I think my neighbors are already getting kind of pissed off. Especially since I have class at 8am everyday this semester. I turn the car on in the garage and head out at 7:15 every morning. I'm too lazy to cap it.
