Default Edelbrock Victor Series Headers (not 56k friendly!)

My old setup was Pacesetter longtubes, Dr. Gas 3" X pipe, Flo Pro Twister mufflers and 3" duals. I now have these headers, their ORY pipe, and a Magnaflow catback. Here are the pics of mine. These are the Ti-tech coated RACE version with slip on, high velocity merge collectors. The Part number for them is #65703, and the ORY is #6571.

Im an Edelbrock fan myself and would like to try their LTs since these shorties work pretty good for what they are. Hope all your parts came in as expected

They came with the O2 extensions and all the bolts and clamps as well.

I paid $480 for both the ORY and headers.

What sort of bhp variation do you expect from your old setup?

Guys Im new here, but not new to performance forums. Im trying to help a friend build up his 99 LS1 so Im scouring through you guys' forum here trying to learn the terms and lingo as quick as I can so please bare with me. I have the Edelbrock TES system on my HEMI and love it so obviously Im checking these out for my buds Z. one quick question as I cant find it explained anywhere.. What is an ORY? from what Im seeing posted, it appears its a "Y-pipe" of some sort.

Again, sorry to bust up this good thread with a stupid question...

The quality of those headers are amazing. GREAT looking bends and welds.

Thanks again guys. Im sure I will be asking all kinds of questions so I hope you all dont mind...

No, I am not going to weld on the collectors. They slip on and fit so tight that I don't feel the need to. I am having the O2 bungs welded into the ORY pipe. I don't want to have the welding hurt the coating on the headers. They are so pretty that I don't even want to put them on, I want to hang them on the wall
