gm performance or edelbrock?my friend has the edelbrock and the car pulls very hard.he has it in a 75 camaro, gears are 3.73 posi,700r4 trans.car is fast.i have a 5.3 engine and i might put 5.7 pistons in it.also need cam advice, want around .575 lift.my combo is going in 69 firebird and might build similar for 70 camaro.firebird has 200-4r trans and i need to see if the trans will bolt to ls1.i will be running 3.73 gears also.

with the victor jr you get holes machined for the injectors and rails....

i got the gmpp for my 408 going in a '02 Z28.... the gmpp doesnt sit as tall either which will help mine tuck in under the cowl...

There was an article within the last year that dyno'd both and said the edelbrock was the clear winner on thier mild streetrod engine... Don't remember if iot was HotRod or Popular Hotrodding or<?>
