Default Question about porting FAST intake

Did anyone do anything to the upper shell on runners #4 and #5 where the fuel crossover digs into the intake? The upper shell seems pretty thin but it seems like the big *** indention could be transitioned a little better, especially on #5.

Also, are you guys just using orange RTV to seal it back up?

Stupid question, but since I haven't seen the inside of the FAST intake.... The silicone gasket that acts as the upper/lower seal & sold with the intake isn't re-usable?

yes you need a new rope seal, and I would gingerly shave the material in that area, it is thin. and with no2 or forced induction could lead to crack.
