Well is took the better part of three weeks going a little at a time but its basicly done. All I need to do now is to take it back out of the car and finish weld everything. I used Dr Gas X and ball flanges, Magnaflow muffers and mandrel bends to build it all. I am very happy with my end result. I built it for maximum ground clearance. I have urethane motor mounts so I don't think I will have any banging issues. So tell me what you think.

As for the lift I don't know how I ever worked on cars with out it. I though it was a requirement to own one if you have any 4th gen fbody.

Mr Hutto. He did a great job especially considering that it was done with the car on jackstands. The only thing is that with the muffs that close to the bumper (mine were too) that your tip selection is limited. I ended up going with some 4" round slash cut magnaflows. It turned out really good! What tips are you going with?
