Default TB question

I ported my TB a few weeks ago and just installed it today, when I reassembled the TB I noticed the spring didnt seem to have as much tension as before, I assembled it anyway. Sure enough, when i installed the TB today, the blade wont fully close under its own power. Did I wind the spring on the TB wrong? Or did I drop a small part from the TB when I disassembled it? Can I order a new spring? Im going to disassemble the TB again and see if I can fix it. Anyone else had a similiar experience?

Got your PM. Need to wind it with the shaft about 3/4 turn before sliding the shaft completely in. When you slide the shaft/spring into the housing just before it goes over the throttle rest it should have to be clocked backwards about 3/4 turn so that the other spring end lines up with the slot it goes in on the housing and then wind it back until the bellcrank can slide over the rest arm were the idle screw is
