Default Teach me about spark plugs.

What should I be looking for when shopping around for one, what's your favorite brand, tell me anything and everything you care to about sparkplugs. I'll be doing a header install soon and I figured I would put in some nice new sparkplugs along with it while I'm in there.

We use the NGK Iridium plugs for everything. They are the best overall for performance and price.
