Default A little extreme, but...

Has anyone ran a true dual exhaust out the back with cats and no mufflers? Only reason I ask is I dropped the Y-pipe a while back and drove the car on just cats and manifolds. Loved the sound, though it rattled my teeth from being right under me.

Anywho, if you have such an exhaust, I'd love to hear it. Thanks, y'all.

You will be the single largest source of revenue in your state once you get headers and a cam.

Well.. I'm runing a LM off the back of my catted QTP Y, with heads and cam... and it is loud... really loud LOL. You can try nothign at all.. but at that point, why not just put a set of dumps on it angled out to the side a little?

OH, and be ready for tickets LOL. I have ot be VERY careful with my car not to draw any attenion with it.. it can beheard form about a mile away if I romp onit.

I have duals out the back under the axle with no cats and race headers and bullet mufflers. If that helps any, its pretty much amazing in my ears. Altough to most its so loud its obnoxious but to me there is no sweeter sound n its my daily driver to rain or shine....no tickets here either.

Here, this is kinda close. Its a true dual(over-axle) exhaust setup with edelbrock LT's, high flow cats, and dynomax bullets.(no X-pipe).
