Default Tru Duals

I just got my Tru dual system in today. I was wondering will it backfire a lot? I have pacesetter longtubes with the y-pipe and i used to have a loudmouth muffler dumped before the rear axle, and all it did was pop when i came to a stop. Will the tru-dual system do that?

It will pop if their are leaks and/or if the junction itself is rough and not smooth flowing.
