Question gap on plugs

hey guys i did a plug swap about a week ago and the guy at advance said that the gap was like 55 and the tr55's where already gaped at .55.
i read that .50 was a better gap so should take the time to take them out and re gap them???

.055 for a stock/bolt on car. I would leave them as is.

Agreed. Don't mess with your gap unless you have a serious modified car and you know exactly waht you need.

When I was running the TR55s I gapped them at .055 and had good results. The gap on the stock part # plug is .060. Your fine where you are.

Doesn't it say the stock gap numbers on a sticker under the hood somewhere? Every car I have ever worked on says it somewhere under there.
