Default Dirt Under My Ls1 Intake?

i was removing my ls1 intake today to put on my ls6 and there was a bunch of dirt under it... of which i didnt know on till i yanked it out... is this common?

Also, in the event that i knocked a few grains of dirt down into the heads while removing it do i need to worry about anything?

thanks
