Rattling in the cutout?

Rattling in the cutout? Hello guys, I recently installed a cutout and placed in a e-cutout as well. My problem is that it rattles around the cutout when I rev up my car. The muffler shop that installed my cutout couldn't figure why it was rattling. One said it might be the plate on the e-cutout. What do you guys think it is? Below is a picture of my setup....

I had a different model e-cutout mounted under the rear seat, my plate rattled after a while. Unbolt the the e-cutout portion, then rev and see what happens.
