I do not see why not, but you might need a haress, I know the vette MAF needs on, I would only get this if you can tune the tables.

So if I put a 2002 stock maf on a 98' I won't have any problems?

Nope you shouldnt have any troubles. I had a SLP MAF on my 99 WS6 and when i got my 02 it still had the stock one so i switched them and there was no problems whatsoever.

As stated above. 98-02 F-bodies all use the same MAF.
