Polyurethene mounts have less flex then stock so push the torque down stream to the rear wheels. You will feel a difference with the poly mounts, they don't absorb energy so you will feel it, know big deal tho.

Well I used to have a friend via a friend that had solid mounts on his car, but no more. You see, now he's always complaining about the vibration and the lack of directness feeling out around the shifter but not shifting with the new ones since because of the new excessive firmness he doesn't know what to do with the massive stiffness. So he just went back to poly and supposedly is happier or just not notice it with it therefore I'll just guess that it might increase the directness a proportional amount or alternatively make sure the stiffness is lined up to the descriptive one solid or poly.

Do a search there have been alot of threads about poly motor mounts and the many advantages of them: Less motor torqing, stops Ypipe banging, power instantly to the wheels, and less shaking of the car from a cam. I've got a set waiting to go in when I get a spare weekend.
