Anyone heard of Extrude Hone for intake manifolds?

Anyone heard of Extrude Hone for intake manifolds? I remember back when I drove a Lumina Z34 with the 3.4 DOHC motor (Best potential of any V6 ever IMO) that a lot of guys talked about sending the intakes off to Extrude Hone. It essentially forces abrasive material through an intake (or anything for that matter) and brings it to a mirror finish. Has anyone ever heard of doing this to an LS6 intake??

yeah when i had a SHO, extrude honing the intake runners was about 400 bucks or so for maybe 10hp at the crank. But it was still popular.

As far as the EH intake, I have one on the turbo SHO, and it is nice. Probably not worth a lot of HP, but the intake stays real clean!
