PCV, catch can & breather - Is this routing correct?

Can anyone confirm that my PCV, catch can and VC breather are all correctly routed?

That is right, same as mine. You threw me off by saying breather instead of vent tube though.

I think that is wrong, I thought that the top part was the in, and the side was the out into the intake manifold???
