SS ram air

If the air goes into the hood and through through those two round ducts then out into what?because please correct me if I am wrong but the air cleaner box looks closed off right?

You should be able to stick your hand under the air filter. The air box is raised up like an inch or so, the air goes in there.

Yup... look where the ducts in the hood go.. it is directly lined up (or close) to the opening under the filter box

Yeah, it's just hard to see from the front because of the rain baffles. My air box really is blocked at the front, but I have a CAI kit with the scoop mounted underneath the box where I cut a hole.
