Default FT SLP CAI RA upgrade VS FTRA

Wich is better or are they much of the same?I heard The FTRA has perhaps a bigger air outlet or are they exactly the same?

ftra has a long duct, but the slp one can be identical with a piece of sheet metal custom fit to make exactly like ftra. At this point the difference is maybe .04s in the quarter mile and maybe .5mph.

Also consider the SSRA. Its plastic, so its lighter and doesn't heat soak as easily. Plus it angles away from the radiator, and reaches all the way down to the bumper.

Their basically the same thing except the FTRA goes down further which is good for the track but bad for daily driving b/c if you go through a deep puddle you have a lot better change of hydro locking you engine b/c the duck is so low to the ground

I love the look of the ssra and i am going to buy it today.Anyone ever thought of blocking the mouth off on a rainy day.
