Default ls2 intake on an ls1

A friend told me he would sell an ls2 intake for 150. I have a 99ta, will it make a big difference, and is it worth it?

Go with the LS6. You would have problems with getting the fuel rails to mate up.

Somewhere I saw a flow test comparing the FAST, LS6 and LS2. Of course the FAST outflowed the other two , but the LS6 still flows better than the LS2 intake.
