Default Would I benefit from headers?

My car is mostly stock with filter, MAF sensor, and lid. I was wanting to go with a full exhaust system. Would I benefit from headers at this point? If so, which ones? What about TTS long tubes and basani cat-back? I don't here much about these and they seem to be quality systems.
Also if anyone is running TTS headers, are there any draw backs like floor bang or failure to access the oil drain plug?

Of course you will benefit. Manifolds are the very first component of exhaust back pressure that your engine must deal with. Adding headers will give your engine room to breathe and add instant power.
