Ignition Coil My Cuz Has A 94 Z28 And It Aint Starting. There Is No Spark From Ignition Coil. He Replaced The Coil And Module. On The Coil All Terminals Have 12 Volts And It Has A Good Ground. All Fuses Are Good Too. What Else Should He Check For???

plugs? connecting wires...hmm it has 12 volts to all terminals and its not getting a spark?
If he has no spark at the coil its not the plugs or wires.
