Default Volant cold air intake

i have a volant system on my 1999 formula and i was thinking about going to back a lid set up i wanted to know if there would be some gains for hp loss

It will most likely be negligible for either gains or losses.

I wouldn't go back. I just changed to filters on my volent to a pair of k&n and it seemed to have picked up a little. Well mabye because they were really dirty. Anyways, I had an slp lid before this and the volent seems to work a little bit better. At least my butt dyno thinks so. It also looks much cooler then the lid.

do u have the part number to your k&n filter that fit the volant system
