Default plug install ?? in 99 TA

I just had a quick question on a plug install on my car.

My father had a set of Spiro por wires on his 69' chevelle SS. he is getting a new set of wires and his wires have less than 100 mile on them right now. my question is can i install these wires on my car?? I already understand that i'll have to recut them and get them to length that will work on our cars, but will i need anything else. Is this even possible???

You would also have to purchase some new ends for the coils. The LS1's use a male conector on the wires and female on the coils that is the opposite of the old school setups. It be more feesable to just buy a set of wire for $50-$75 and be done with it.

I dont see why you couldn't do it.If they're given to you, you might as well use them. You can pick up some rubber boots for the coils from most aftermarket shops, I believe I got some for my 94Z at ThunderRacing, but don't quote me, it's been a couple of years. Plus you get a chance to work on your car for the better for about $10.00. How can you beat that. <img border="0" alt="[driving]" title="" src="graemlins/gr_driving3.gif" />
