FLP's worth the money?
i was planning on getting some hookers, but i foudn some used FLP's for sale that are around 900 dollars.. i was wondering if FLP's are really that great, or if dynatechs stepped headers are better or if there is a better alternative for about 800-900 dollars.

Re: FLP's worth the money?
yea im gonna go with QTP's..
is 1 7/8" headers going to show me any real diff over 1 3/4" headers? i plan on doing a mild to medium cam in the future, and upgrading to either an ls6 intake manifold or who knows maybe that vera-ram intake ppl are talking about..
anyways, if its only like 3-5hp diff, ill save the 150 dollars, but if its 7-10hp diff, ill go ahead and buy the 1 7/8" headers.

From what I know and have heard from the helpful folks at QTP, the 1 7/8" headers will not be much benifit to a 346 ci motor. Actually, you may even lose low end torque with 1 7/8". I would stick with 1 3/4" and leave the 1 7/8" for the 400+ ci guys.
