Default O2 sensor woes

Never knew an o2 sensor could weld itself into the bung on the header collector... Does anyone know how to aleviate this? Somehow(and i am not quite sure how) i managed to round off the head on the o2 sensor as well as put a kink in my collector.... I am really not that strong, but that ***** is in there! if anyone has any suggestions on how to get this ***** out i am fully open to them! Thanks in advance

Penetrating oil, weld a piece of metal to it, whack it with a hammer. Adjust whacking pressure as frustration grows.
