FINALLY, my TTS headers came today!
It only took a month <img border="0" title="" alt="[Roll Eyes]" src="images/icons/rolleyes.gif" /> , but hopefully they will be worth it <img border="0" title="" alt="[Big Grin]" src="gr_grin.gif" /> .
Can't figure what the rtv gasket maker is for. I would think its for the collectors.
What do I torque down the header bolts to? Is it 18 ft/lbs?

the RTV is to connect the cats to the collectors. Be sure to get new header gaskets, GM are the best to use. You'll need two 02 extensions, the 24" ones work well. Gm recommends 11 on the first pass, 18 on the second pass.
Good luck <img border="0" title="" alt="[Big Grin]" src="gr_grin.gif" />

Hey better than mine, I ordered them in August, got them at the end of October!
Instead of using the RTV, I would reccomend getting 3" collector gaskets. Metal ones, not cheapie papers. Will be easier if you ever need to take off the cats for one reason or another. For torqueing, 1 pass at 11, 2nd at 18 starting from the center bolts and working your way out.
