Intake manifold and MAF questions help!

Intake manifold and MAF questions help! I just bought my 98 z28 a couple of months ago from a dealer. the guy that owned it before said the guy that sold it to him claimed to have put a custom maf sensor and intake manifold on it... i am wondering how i can tell.... i know the intake manifold appears to be stock, but i am also aware that some companies (such as slp) make manifolds that look stock (but obviously are't). also my MAf sensor says DELPHI on the side of it but i have been unable to find out if that is what comes stock or if it is aftermarket. if anyone can offer advice or tell me a place where i can enter the part numbers i would greatly appreciate it! thanks!
