Default Remove LS6 Intake connection?

I'm starting work on the LS6 intake paint job, got the intake stripped down and ready to start sanding. The vacuum fitting in the back of the intake can be moved a little but nothing I've done has been able to remove the fitting.

Is it removeable? If so, how do I do it?

Thanks,
Mike R.

Might need some RTV on it when putting back in to insure a secure seal.

I think he wants to remove the whole thing (brake booster and a/c vacuum fitting part). I'm not sure how you remove it, but I'd just pull the MAP sensor (unclip-pull up), tape off the vacuum ports, and paint it.

Yep, if the whole piece can come out, then I won't paint it. I did get the MAP sensor out but was curious if the brake booster piece is easy to remove. It does move just a little, it almost acts like it was pushed straight in and then turned, to snap into position.
