why is my NW tb sticking?

Default why is my NW tb sticking?
Its just not slamming shut like the stocker did. I get it open all the way, let go, and then it takes a couple seconds for it to shut all the way... I bought this so it would not stick! any suggestions?

let out some slack in the throttle cable, mine did the same thing

i used the same solution when i put my ported one on from new era. works fine now.
