Default Oil Residue inside intake--is this normal ?

I just took off my Throttle Body and noticed engine oil lightly one the inside of the intake and on the inside of the throttle body , is this cause for alarm?

Are my piston rings going out?

Thanks

It is completely normal, almost all LS1 engines consume oil through the PCV system.
