Default Replacing the tips on my old exhaust...

Here are some pics of the fabrication that we did to swap out the old tips for the new tips.....This is the way tips should be done, not a half-A$$ right angle joint

3" Donut - super tight radius courtesy of the "Chassis Shop" in Michigan


Made a template and marked where the pipe needed to be cut to siamese the two


Rough cut - grinder cutoff wheel


Mockup


First pipe welded...


Front shot ready for mockup to exhaust


Rear shot ready for mockup to exhaust


Both complete ready for mockup tomorrow

Looks pretty bad ***! I'm glad you posted these pictures. I'm going to have to piggy back a 3" bend onto some 4" tubing (like pic 4). It's going to be a little tougher, but I'm just going to cut the 90 like you did and then trace it onto the 4" pipe after I flare it out a bit.

That 3" piggy back is going to go up and over the axle to my SLP dual/dual, while the 4" is going to run into a dumped electric cutout.

Any numbers with the new setup?
