Default QTP Y-pipe

Yes I have searched, but really never found the answer if I have to replace the the tunnel brace with a QTP ory-pipe. Will it clear? do I need to space it with washers? or do I need a tubular tunnel brace. Just trying to get everything straight before I start. thanks

You don't need to run a tunnel brace at all. I haven't had one for almost 2 years.

BTW - I think that it's acutally called a "driveshaft safety brace" and trys to protect the car should the driveshaft break. Still, no worries,
