Default LT headers and Y pipe

Im buying headers and a Y pipe from a member on here and was wondering what kind of power difference theyre going to make. i have a stock 98 TA, the only things done to it are a lid and a cutout. anything helps i guess right?

depending on the Lt's expect 20-30rwhp. 20 being pretty minimal

they are hooker headers and the Y pipe he is getting, as for supporting mods, lid and cutout are about it, hes got a flowmaster but uses the cutout all the time. hes also got a K&N filter, but thats about it.
