Depends on a lot of factors:

1) Your mechanical ability
2) Do you still have all the emissions crap in the way.
3) Are any of the bolts at the cats rusted and will they break
4) Are you using a lift or jack stands
5) Will you have to notch the k member, jack the engine or simply grind down the small casting tab on the driver's side, or none of the above.
6) How well will the TSP Y mate up to the collectors.
7) How quickly can you get the spark plugs out and back in.

Lots and lot of variables can go into this. My Jet Hots headers took about 2-3 hours to put in but I didn't have a lot of emissions stuff in my way, no bolts broke, I can get spark plugs in a out quickly, etc. etc. That was on jack stands in my driveway by myself.

it all depends on if you have ever done it before, the equipment being used and if you have the proper tools. My friend and I did pacesetter LT's in his driveway, w/ ramps and jackstands, all the correct tools.......2 hrs. 29 min. start to finish. That was our 3 rd time doing them, so we knew our way around. If you have access to a lift it could go even faster.

i went from completely stock 2000 z28 exhaust to pacesetter headers only in 4 hours. total install time was 5 hours due to the fact that my dumbass didn't buy 02 extensions and we had to make some ourselves. we did this on the garage floor...just get the bumper of the car a little bit above knee level and you should have no trouble, my headers went in no problem with that much clearance. 1st step to a header install (and almost anything else you do to the car..) REMOVE THE COIL PACKS.
