problem w/ spark plug wire

Default problem w/ spark plug wire

i got one of the spark plug ends stuck up in my msd wire today when i did a spark plug change so i had to use on of my old 10mm taylor wires. will this hurt anything is all my wires are 8.5mm and one is 10mm?

now wehen i start it up it seems to back fire i dont knw if i could be from any of the plugs or wires

having mismatched plug wires shouldn't hurt it. I've had plug ends fall off inside the wire too. The new NGK's do not unscrew, they are made onto the electrode.

I took an old plug, hammered the porcelain off of it, grinded down the little lip by the threads, then stuck it inside the wire untill it hit the lodged in tip, screwed it onto the tip, and pulled it out.

I'd see if you can hear where its coming from while running and pull that plug/wire.

ok. good i tryed to pull it out with plyers but that didnt work to well. fucked up the inside of the plug wire.
