Default Switched to our new headers and found something intestering...

Friday we pulled out our old headers to install our new American Racing setup that we had made for our application. When we pulled the headers out we measured the exhaust port as well as the exhaust header port ID and found something that didn't make sense....

Exhaust Port: 1.760
Header ID @ Flange: 1.595-1.600
New Header ID @ flange: 1.810

I wonder how much horsepower we were losing due to the step down.

What kind of headers were they? Those ET's have some big holes!
