True Dual Exhaust size for 455 cu.in. 600+ FW HP?
All-
What should the pipe size be used for true duals on a 455 cu.in with 600+ Flywheel hp? Would true duals with x-pipe 2 1/2" be acceptable?
I want to run all the way back.
Bassani makes a great 2 1/2" system. But 3" is not out there.

I ran 3" straight back to dumped turbo mufflers when I had my Olds running. I know it probably wasn't the best for all out performance, but the sound it made with a big cam was sick. I still have that motor...You'll probably have to piece one together to run out the back, 3" should be sufficient though with decent mufflers.
