Anything can be done, especially with custom exhaust systems. I've got a 5" OD bullet inside the trans tunnel. 
Check the TD's sticky, UMI has a post in there with their TQ arm. I believe that same TQ arm can also be used on their TQ arm relocator trans crossmember. You can always PM/Email/Call them if you have questions.
