Default Open headers, or not?(Tried search)

I currently run open pacesetter longtubes on my LT1, mods in the sig. Ignoring sound or any other factor not related to power, am I gaining more with no exhaust, or would a true dual, or any sort of catback system help? Remember, I don't have cut-outs, it's just straight out of the headers, no pipes.

Default

first you will want to put at least some pipe about 18" after the collector so you don't burn out your O2's and help the scavaging effect
