Default SLP Headers & Cats

just got some headers and high flow cats. i plan on keeping the y-pipe setup for a little while, but i just wanted to know if this increased air flow would actually cut down on my hp and torque or if it would add to it? sometimes ppl totally eliminate back pressure and this reduces their power. can u help me out?

please show me some proof of people increasing exhaust flow and loosing power. Also, please show me someone who has completely eliminated back pressure.

also, if you bought headers and highflow cats, you can't use the stock y pipe.
