Default Another header question

I will be buying headers next month, my two choices as of now are the Kooks or the Dynatech with catted y-pipe, I recently saw a Trans Am with the Dynatechs and the Y-pipe was really low. I think this was an install problem? Is there a difference between the two, in reference to the ground clearance of the y-pipe? I searched all of the threads and could not find an answer. I am leaning towards the Kooks headers and catted - y. I know the quality of the install is important in ref. to this issue. Thanks for any help.

Ive seen kooks with a catted Y and it had good clearance, but usually when you go with cats you will loose a little bit of clearance unless you buy a set of cats and have a quality shop make you a custom catted Y pipe
