They came of an 01 silverado, and guesses

Well I cant be sure as I dont have an experience with truck manifolds. But the headers I installed on my LS1 T/A looked just like them apart from the dents, perhaps the dents were added to make it fir the truck.

I have the Dynatech LT headers, I guess all headers do look simular, the 4 into 1 looks the same and the O2 positions. Dont know if these helps you.

The little bunched up collector looks a lot like a Stainless Works header but with a flange welded on. Whatever brand they are, they've been abused and beat up to make them fit in something they weren't designed for.

They look kind of short. They could be The Other Guys headers. Commonly referred to as TOGs.
