I have one of these set ups on my car.. I was wondering if you guys that have them ever go through car washes.. I have the plastic piece you install for rain ,but in my opinion its junk , it always falls out when Im driving. I was thinking of taking this kit off and getting parts from Pontiac otherwise so its stock again if thats possible? A couple HP isnt really worth sucking water into the motor.

how about washing it your self? i've worked at a car wash for a year and i wouldn't want the high school idiots messing with my car.
