Bullets do much for tone, little for volume. I've heard flo-pro twisters and Borla XR-1s work well, but don't quote me on it, others will chime in that know alot more than I do. Since you have GMMG you would have to put the twister or bullet in the I pipe. Would be a unique sound, don't think i've seen it done anywhere.

may want to try a longer chambered muffler in the I pipe. I have heard that on slp lm replacing the bullet with a chambered muffler eliminates much of the drone, and getting a longer one should help quiet it a bit not sure how much though. good luck

I have had my GMMG exhaust with long-tubes, cats on and cats off. If your pretty tolerant on your exhaust sound itll be ok without cats. I personally love the sound without cats and it isnt too bad when your on the highway. But you might have a different tolerance. At certain rpm's it is hard to hold a normal conversation with somebody in the car if the windows are rolled up. But if it isnt your daily driver and you want a badass sounding car i would just go for it.

Put 2 bullets in the Y-pipe. The car is VERY tolerable if its bolt on with the ORY. I had no problem with the car's volume. When I put the cam and heads in it sounds crazy loud. It sounds AMAZING after 3500 rpm, a little loud and raspy under 3500. I plan on putting a bullet in both sides of the Y-pipe and try to get them to look like cats to pass the future emmisions visual inspection.

Yup, go with some cats. Your probably only sacraficing 2-3 hp at the most anyway. The sound will be very tolerable and no problems with conversation. There will be zero drone with the LT's and I think conversation is even easier after LT's because they smooth out the sound.....with cats of course
