lt1 SLP lm1 owners
I just got my LM1 exhaust with the installation kit for the 93-95 camaros. Its all stock besides the CIA. Its not a daily driver just a weekend ride. I am wanting something mean sounding (why i got a LM1) what will it sound like if i get rid of the cat??? Louder??? for the better or the worse??? I had an old 350 with no cat and a flowmaster it sounded good, but i could hear the exhaust really well were the cat used to be?? For the most part people are saying not to cut it, just wondering what peoples thoughs are?? Also its a 94 so its an obdI car so cpu is not a problem??? I dont really have any intentions on getting LT's or an ORY. Thanks for the help

it all depends what you can handle. its going to be loud as hell, raspy and cause alot of attention i dont mind any of that. try it. if you dont like it, you might just have to ditch the Lm like so many others.

Yeah its not too bad with cats but gets really raspy without cats. I installed longtubes and ORY on a 94 Z with LM1 and I like the sound buts it does catch alot of attention, it gets real raspy but I like it.
