Default P&P TB

I just got done p&p my throttle body. Man it really wasn't hard at all!! I just followed these directons....

pp tb

this was an awesome guideline. I can't wait to go take her out and open her up!!! I didn't do the filler, or the bump stop mod, but did everything else, also I used a sharpening stone on the blade, it's like a razor!!! I did get to fire her up, idles fine. Also did the tb bypass while I was at it. If your thinking of porting your own tb and savin some money then do it!!! For everything (sand paper, and hose clamps) it was like 10 bucks!! I used my buddies dremel and then 120 grit sandpaper and then 600 grit.

This was the first one that I did, It took me about 4 hours start to clean up. I spent a lot of time polishing it too.
