Default Heads & Headers?!

hey guys i have a '94 chevy silverado and i was wondering where i could get a cheap set of heads and also what is the best kind of headers? shorty or full length..i am prolly going with full length since i have heard good things about them..but anyways get back to me

full length or none at all

addin heads w/o good flwoing headers will just choke them

yeah thats what i was thinking, i was thinking about getting some 2.02/1.60 heads..do you know where i could get some pretty cheap, i cant ever find any good cheap heads

i would see if texas-speed has anything. they have packages for f bodys dunno about trucks though. hell they may even interchange but im not positive

94 was pre-vortec. Will the vortec heads fit on that engine? They flow pretty well and are about $500 a pair. Might want to consider a cam also. I had a 92 and they tried to make it a low-rpm torque motor, redline was at like 4500rpm. So work with that.

Edelbrock makes a head/cam package for pre-vortec motors.
